Heading out on the water? How’s the fuel looking?
Maritime Safety Queensland is reminding boaters to make sure that you have enough fuel for your journey, plus reserves should the unforeseen happen.
As the weather warms up and the days get longer, we know your keen to head out and experience our beautiful waterways. Just make sure your fuel supplies will get you back home when you’ve had enough of being on the water.
It’s also a good idea to check the condition of the fuel that you have in your tank. Has it been there for a long time? Is your tank clean? How’s the fuel filter looking?
