From the 1st to the 7th of October National Safe Boating Week (NSBW) is back. This initiative reminds boaters about the importance of wearing a lifejacket when out on the water and also the necessity of understanding how to use a watercraft in a safe and responsible manner.. As we head into a busy summer season, this message is particularly important.
The QRBC supports Maritime Safety Queensland, our member partners Boating Industry Association and the Australia New Zealand Safe Boating Education Group (ANZBEG) in communicating to all waterways users the importance of safer boating practices and responsible boat ownership.
